Each agent brings unique experiences, perspectives, and a passion for serving their clients and communities. We are thrilled to have them on board and look forward to the positive impact they’ll make across our agency.

Welcome to the team, Erin, Kimberly, Karen, and Joe! We look forward to all that you’ll accomplish as part of the Farmers Union Agency team!

Born in Glencoe and raised in Waconia, Erin Fogerty proudly calls Waconia, Minnesota home. She is joining the FUA Insurance St. Cloud Hub as a licensed insurance professional specializing in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty insurance. Erin brings a friendly, community-focused approach to helping clients protect what matters most.

Outside of the office, Erin enjoys staying active with long walks and cross-country skiing, while also embracing some of Minnesota’s favorite pastimes, including meat raffles, bingo, and bowling. She is the proud mother of her 23-year-old son, Paxton, and has a unique hobby that always sparks conversation: being an avid reader of obituaries, appreciating the stories and lives they celebrate. Erin’s local roots, welcoming personality, and passion for connecting with people make her a wonderful addition to the St. Cloud Hub team.

Kimberly Nokk is joining the FUA Insurance St. Cloud Hub, bringing a passion for helping others and a well-rounded background in insurance. A licensed agent in Health, Life, Casualty, and Property insurance, Kimberly was born and raised in Alexandria, Minnesota, where she has remained actively involved in her community. She serves on the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with the Miltona Science Magnet School. Kimberly and her partner, Ben are proud parents to three children: Jacoby (9), Rogan (9), and July (5).

Outside of work, she enjoys camping with her family, staying active through fitness and sports, and listening to music. A fun fact about Kimberly is that she has been studying German for the past three years and is a former fitness model competitor.

Karen Massoglia brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the FUA Insurance St. Paul Hub. Originally born in Pennsylvania and raised in Edina, Minnesota, Karen is licensed in Property, Casualty, and Life insurance and is passionate about helping clients. She is the proud mother of four children: Chris, Katie, Matt, and Mike, and treasures spending quality time with her family above all else.

Deeply involved in her community, Karen plays piano for her church and is an active member of the North Star Pickleball Association and Business Network International (BNI). She enjoys staying active year-round through hiking, biking, walking, pickleball, tennis, working out, and skiing. During the winter months, you’ll often find her ice skating, snowshoeing, or traveling to warmer destinations to hike in Arizona or enjoy long walks on the beaches of Florida and Texas.

A couple of fun facts about Karen: she was voted “Most Talented” in high school and has spent time on movie sets with celebrities including Henry Winkler and Salma Hayek.

Joe Link is excited to join Farmers Union Agency and serve individuals, families, and businesses throughout the community. Over the past decade, Joe has built his career in healthcare and technology, partnering with organizations to solve complex challenges, build lasting relationships, and deliver meaningful results. Those experiences strengthened his passion for helping people make informed decisions and inspired him to pursue a career in insurance.

Joe is excited for the opportunity to build his own business while helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence. He strives to be a trusted resource who takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation and provide guidance they can depend on for years to come.

Joe and his wife live in Prior Lake with their two sons, ages 6 and 4. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, exploring local parks, and staying active in the community. He looks forward to building relationships across Farmers Union Agency and helping clients.
