Beth has been an incredible partner and a driving force behind our agency’s success with Liberty Mutual Commercial Lines and State Auto Farm Lines. In a relatively short time, she has visited nearly every agent office within our agency, building strong relationships and helping our teams become more confident and knowledgeable with Liberty’s appetite, quoting platforms, and servicing systems.

Beth consistently goes above and beyond, always willing to discuss risks with agents, guide placement decisions, and strengthen collaboration between our sales force and Liberty’s underwriting teams. Her expertise in identifying the right markets for farm risks and navigating Liberty’s various commercial underwriting departments has made her an invaluable resource to our agency.

Beth has also been a passionate advocate for our agency. She coordinated exclusive product training sessions tailored for our team. She played a key role in securing additional commission and incentive opportunities with Liberty for 2025, as well as extending those incentives into 2026. 

A perfect example of Beth’s leadership and dedication came when she organized a comprehensive underwriting meeting with both commercial and farm underwriters to assist Agent Lisa Valiant in placing a complex farm risk with significant commercial exposure. Even though the risk fell slightly outside Liberty’s typical underwriting guidelines, Beth’s initiative in bringing together four key underwriters kept the opportunity alive and positioned our agency to remain competitive in the process.

In less than 2 years since being appointed at Liberty Mutual and under 16 months at State Auto, the growth in commercial and farm premium written through the Liberty companies has been remarkable. There is a clear and direct connection between that success and Beth’s engagement, expertise, and unwavering support of our agency.
