This year’s recipient is Chris Sanders, an agent who lives and breathes Farmers Union Agency. If wrapping your car in FUA logos isn’t a testament to dedication, we don’t know what is! With nearly 20 years of service, Chris continues to expand and grow his agency, most recently hiring a long-sought-after customer service representative (CSR), which has taken his business to new heights. His commitment to best practices and client service is reflected in his impressive retention numbers, which is a testament to his unwavering standards and execution.
Chris’s journey has not been without challenges. After overcoming a serious accident, he not only recovered but thrived, channeling his resilience into making a lasting impact in his community. His involvement includes serving on the board of Neighbors, working with Greater Rochester Rotary and Grapevine, contributing to the “Litter Bit Better” campaign, and organizing community clean-ups and tree-planting projects. His character, generosity, and leadership set him apart as someone who truly does the right thing, always putting the team first and striving to improve his community. When he’s not representing FUA or giving back, you can find Chris fishing for Walleye on the water. He shares his life with his wife, Bridget, and their two daughters, Brie and Addie.
