FUA Road Show Takes Team Building Across Minnesota

The Farmers Union Agency team recently came together for a productive few days of collaboration, idea-sharing, and team building as they traveled to three different cities across Minnesota to experience three different shooting ranges. Each stop began with a team meeting focused on collaboration, sharing insights, discussing goals, and learning from one another. These conversations created valuable opportunities to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and explore ways better to serve our clients, agents, and communities.

After the meetings, the teams headed to the shooting range for a fun and engaging afternoon. Each location offered a unique experience while giving everyone the opportunity to step outside the office, build camaraderie, and enjoy some friendly competition.
